Site Supervisor - DCT Recruitment : Job Details

DCT Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for an ongoing project based in Central London (EC4V). The successful candidate will oversee ventilation installation and fabrication works on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity at all times.Key Responsibilities:Supervising the installation of ductwork and ventilation systemsCoordinating teams of fitters and subcontractorsEnsuring all works are completed to specification, on time and in line with health and safety requirementsLiaising with project managers, site managers, and other tradesAssisting with hands-on work when requiredRequirements:Valid CSCS card (Supervisor level preferred)Proven experience in a supervisory role within ventilation or ductwork projectsStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsIPAF certification is desirableMust be available to work Monday to Friday, 7am – 7pm (full shifts required)Additional Information:Rate: £30 per hour (CIS)Saturday work (9am – 2pm) is optional and paid at time and a halfImmediate start available
