Site Supervisor - Progressive : Job Details

Location: Essex, UKStart Date: ImmediateContract Length: 6 monthsDay Rate: £250 (Negotiable)Working Hours: 45 hours/week, Monday to Friday

About the Role:We are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor to support the delivery of an AGI (Above Ground Installation) build project in Essex. This is a contract role with an immediate start, ideal for someone with a strong background in general groundwork's and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of general groundwork's.
• Supervise site operatives and subcontractors to maintain productivity and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to meet deadlines and quality targets.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports.

Requirements:

• Valid SHEA Gas certification.
• Valid CSCS Operative Card.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role on civil or utilities projects.
• Strong understanding of groundwork's and general site duties.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
