No overtime required and no Call-outs!

Superb opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor looking to move away from being on 'call out' shift and doing overtime.  This permanent position is a Monday to Friday role, 8am - 5pm. This is a 1 person site where you will be the sole Supervisor of the building ensuring all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks are regularly conducted.

• To take complete ownership of a small  1person site in the heart of Leicester Square.
• Liaising with any on-site customer being courteous and polite always.
• To ensure statutory and non-statutory compliance always. 
• To ensure H&S compliance with visiting specialists engineers & ensure COSHH compliance.
• Follow any site-specific site rules/do’s/don’ts.
• Deal with any day-day emergency and reactive events that may arise across site.
• Assist with providing information for inclusion in the monthly report.
• Ensure paperwork is uploaded onto a CAFM system (training will be given).
• Liaising with suppliers and specialists service providers.
• Liaising with a contract administrator and help desk with technical support and some administrative duties to ensure paperwork is kept up to date.
• Ensuring all paperwork is up to date regarding day to day activities.
• Carry out general building services duties

Core competencies required:

• Good IT skills
• Good communication skills. As this is customer facing at times.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Good understanding of M&E Building Services.
• Must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience in building services maintenance.

Key qualifications required:

• Relevant building services qualifications.
• City & Guilds desirable
• Electrically qualified or multi skill qualifications.
