We’re seeking a No.1 Site Manager to lead delivery of a luxury residential project c.£4m in value, working for a leading high-end residential contractor’s regional office.

The Role:

• Taking full responsibility as No.1 on site for a prestigious project in Guildford
• Overseeing day-to-day site operations, trades, and subcontractors
• Ensuring highest standards of quality, health & safety, and programme delivery
• Managing client relationships and maintaining the contractor’s premium reputation
• Reporting into a visiting Project Manager with strong support from head office
• Typical projects across Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire with future progression opportunities

The Offer:

• Salary up to £65,000
• Bonus up to 10%
