We're seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in bricklaying for a short-term contract with a respected Tier 1 housebuilder based in Rugeley.

?? The Role: Join a dynamic site team delivering high-quality new-build housing projects. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is delivered on time, to standard, and in line with safety protocols. This is a hands-on management role ideal for someone who understands the detail and quality expected from the ground up.

? Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on residential developments

• Solid trade background in bricklaying (essential)

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certified

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

• Proven track record with Tier 1 or major housebuilders preferred
