The Role: As our Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities on-site.
• Managing and motivating site staff and subcontractors.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management.
• Liaising with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, preferably within the construction refurbishment and fit-out sector.
