Site Foreman - Matchtech : Job Details

REPORTING TO: Site Manager

Purpose of Role

The purpose of this role is to oversee day-to-day site operations and tasks, ensuring all work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and take control of the snagging list, ensuring all items are completed to a satisfactory standard.

• Ensure the final product meets the client's expectations regarding construction and finishing quality.

• Ensure all project completion dates are met.

• Assist with identifying plant and material requirements and provide progress reports to the Site Manager.

• Ensure all work is executed to the correct standard and inspect the work of subcontractors.

• Prioritise your workload and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Candidate Profile

• A background as a tradesperson is preferred.

• Knowledge of the latest building regulations and certification standards.

• Previous experience on large-scale commercial projects.

• A self-starter with sound judgement when working under pressure.

• The ability to work proactively on your own initiative.

• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects.

Remuneration

We offer a salary up to €60k that includes a basic salary, a performance-based bonus, pension and life assurance, private healthcare, and a car allowance or company vehicle.
