KC Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare provider for a Site Coordinator to join their occupational health team based in the Barrow-In-Furness area on a permanent basis. Hours for the role are Monday-Thurs, 7:15am- 4:00pm and Friday's 7:15am- 11:45am. Temporary applications are also welcome. In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll support the Client Service Delivery Manager by coordinating local service delivery, managing stock and equipment, and acting as the first point of contact for site-based queries.Key Responsibilities of the Site Coordinator role:
- Coordinate clinic setup, stock levels, and equipment maintenance
- Handle site requests and escalate issues appropriately
- Support training arrangements and team onboarding
- Liaise with stakeholders for appointment data and scheduling
- Respond to emergency calls and direct enquiries to central teams
To be considered for the Site Coordinator role:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience with administration, stock management or facilities coordination
- Proactive and adaptable approach
