• Sales Forecasting: Support the sales team in analyzing data for accurate forecasts on monthly, quarterly, and annual outputs.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control strategies to maintain optimal stock levels across raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.
• Operational Planning: Collaborate with operations teams to align sales forecasts with production plans and procure materials efficiently.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, monitoring external factors that may impact sales and operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and stay updated on industry best practices.

SIOP ControllerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace environments is beneficial.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and experience with MRP systems.
• Knowledge of raw materials to support key customer requirements.
