Showroom Retail Manager - TIME Appointments Ltd : Job Details

Time Appointments have been instructed to recruit for multiple Showroom Retail Manager’s to join their business. The successful candidate will play an integral role heading up the brand-new show room in either Ipswich, Colchester or Bury St Edmunds.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous management experience gained from a showroom environment, or similar
• Strong IT experience
• Strong leadership and organisation skills
• Excellent Communication and customer service abilities
• UK Driving licence
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Sales experience

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth and profitable turnover
• Oversee daily operations
• Sales and quoting, creating quotes and closing sales.
• Following up on all unsold appointments
• Key holder duties – opening and closing showroom
• Building brand awareness
• Recruit, train and coach the inhouse team.
