Benefits and pay range:

• £30,000 dependent on experience
• Full Time, Permanent position, Edinburgh based

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead the team in delivering both individual and store sales targets, while developing and inspiring the team to reach their full potential
• Provide second-to-none customer service for the clients
• Develop business strategies and in-store events in line with marketing plans
• Act as an ambassador for the brand both for the public and for your team

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in (and a passion for) the retail travel industry
• Ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to different situations
• A track record in reaching personal targets with a commercial awareness
• Exceptional communication skills in speaking with people from all walks of life
