Salary: Competitive On-Call Allowance After 6 Months

We are currently seeking a Shipping Operative to join our client’s team within the aerospace industry. This role is based in the warehouse and offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a varied position combining hands-on warehouse work with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment
• Completing and maintaining shipping documentation and records
• Liaising with internal teams and couriers to ensure timely deliveries
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role (shipping experience desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Basic IT skills for completing admin tasks

Additional Information:

• Temp to Perm opportunity
• After 6 months, you’ll join the on-call rota and receive:
• £280 monthly allowance
• £30 per call-out
• Full training provided
