Shipping Coordinator - Alchemy Global Talent Solutions : Job Details

We are currently working with an established Freight Forwarder who are seeking for a Shipping Clerk to join their team based in Dagenham.Responsibilities:

• Handling EU road groupage shipments for import/export
• Global import and export of deep-sea containers
• Adding documents using our goods application
• Handling orders for delivery and pickup
• Scheduling internal transportation
• Getting the paperwork for clearance ready
• Files with invoices
• Answering questions from clients or agents

Requirements:

• Prior deep sea shipping experience is required.
• Prior road freight experience is required.
• Able to handle import and export customs processes.
• The ability to use Cargo wise software is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Shift Hours: Monday - Friday (9AM - 5:30PM)
