We're on the lookout for a talented ServiceNow Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to become a vital part of our dynamic and fast-growing Digital Customer Experience team. You'll help deliver cutting-edge solutions that transform how organisations interact with their employees and customers across the ServiceNow platform.

Your Role in the Team

Platform Development

  • Customise and configure modules across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and onboarding workflows

  • Build and maintain applications using JavaScript and Angular

  • Utilise Now Assist, GenAI, and Workflow Data Fabric for modern, intelligent solutions

User-Centric Design

  • Design intuitive, responsive UIs using Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal

  • Craft self-service portals and dashboards that enhance usability and engagement

Systems Integration

  • Integrate ServiceNow with external platforms (e.g., HR, CRM, eCommerce) using REST/SOAP APIs

  • Ensure seamless data flow and platform consistency

Experience-Driven Outcomes

  • Enhance user journeys and productivity through real-time analytics and automation

  • Deliver employee-centric onboarding and lifecycle workflows

  • Embrace GenAI and automation to drive continuous improvement

Team Collaboration

  • Engage in workshops and requirement-gathering sessions

  • Participate in code reviews and internal knowledge-sharing

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across IT, HR, and Customer Service

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of real-world ServiceNow development experience

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Flow Designer, and the Glide API

  • Experience with core workflows: ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Onboarding

  • API integration knowledge (REST/SOAP)

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Understanding of employee/customer experience design

Desirable Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - HRSD or CSM
