ServiceNow Business Analyst - Chapman Tate Associates : Job Details

Chapman Tate Associates are working with a leading international organisation to recruit a seasoned ServiceNow Business Analyst fora 6-month outside IR35 contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a hybrid role that combines UK-based remote work with monthly travel to Brussels, Belgium to engage directly with key stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

• Gather and analyse business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
• Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories
• Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and stakeholders across IT and business teams
• Support testing, change management, and solution validation
• Contribute to process improvement and optimisation across ITSM, HRSD, or other modules

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst(past projects)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid set up
• English proficiency required (French & Dutch as a bonus)
