Service Technician (Electrical/Mechanical)

Are you ready to work with a leader in high-tech logistics automation? Our client is a well-established provider of automated logistics systems and is currently looking for a Service Technician (Electrical/Mechanical) to join their on-site team in Hoddesdon.

• Hands-on work with complex, high-tech systems

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment

• Monitor operating conditions and diagnose recurring faults

• Support daily operations and assist in improving system performance

• Work closely with off-site engineering teams for advanced troubleshooting

• Evaluate data and carry out root-cause error analysis

• Recognised qualification in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering (e.g., HNC/HND or equivalent)

• Completion of a formal training programme as an Electrician and/or Mechanic

• Hands-on maintenance experience with industrial or automated equipment

• Team player with strong customer orientation

• Willingness to work in rotating shift patterns

• Self-motivated, reliable, and solutions-driven
