Service Support Coordinator About the Role:

As a Service Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Service Department with day-to-day operations. You’ll be the link between customers and engineers, ensuring planned maintenance and reactive call-outs are scheduled efficiently and professionally. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Service Support Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
• Scheduling planned and reactive works using Salesforce CRM
• Coordinating permits, risk assessments, and method statements
• Raising and processing purchase orders and requisitions
• Quoting and following up on remedial works
• Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
• Supporting finance with proformas and credit card payments

Service Support Coordinator What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role
• Background in a busy service or logistics environment
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Proactive, methodical, and confident in problem-solving
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems (desirable)
• Knowledge of HVAC or technical service environments (a bonus)
