Service Scheduler Bedford £26,000 to £28,000 P/A + Package Full Time / Permanent / Mon to Fri – 40 hoursAre you an experienced Service Scheduler ? Would you describe yourself as a customer focused individual with positive communication skills? Attega Group is currently working with a company who are actively seeking   Service Scheduler The role is allocating the correct engineering resource to each pre-planned maintenance job task, to address any amendments that may be required, to track confirm jobs ahead of the week in-which they are due, and to follow-up with the engineers for pre-planned maintenance job completion ensuring all records are collated. In return, our client is offering a basic salary of up to £28,000 P/A and various company benefits. Duties for this role will include:

• Daily communication with engineers.
• Allocation of engineers to the correct job and obtaining feedback at every opportunity.
• Provide the Operations Manager with weekly & monthly updates on KPI’s.
• Engaging with various stakeholders internally
