We’re working with a respected specialist provider seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead their multidisciplinary team at a brain injury rehabilitation service in South Wales.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed and strategic Service Manager to join a high-performing team that helps individuals with complex neurological needs rebuild their lives.

As Service Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of a specialist residential and rehabilitation setting, ensuring compliance, performance, and delivery of excellent standards of care.

• Provide strong, visible leadership to clinical and support teams

• Manage service budgets, staffing, and business development plans

• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold clinical governance standards

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, training, and high-quality care

• Promote collaboration across MDTs and ensure person-centred outcomes

• QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

• Experience leading residential or rehabilitation services

• Strong understanding of statutory frameworks and safeguarding

• Experience managing budgets, staff appraisals, and team performance

• Passion for improving lives through quality care and innovation

This Service Manager role offers a competitive salary of up to £49,440 depending on experience, alongside generous annual leave and professional development support.
