Due to continued growth and a strong order pipeline into next year, we are looking to appoint a Field Service Engineer to support our customer base across the South Coast.Key Responsibilities:We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Field Service Engineer to join our client’s growing team. This UK field-based role will involve regular travel across the Southcoast /Portsmouth area, with overnight stays and substantial travel required.

• Carry out maintenance, service, and repair work on SFT separation equipment at customer sites, as assigned by the office.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of all site service tasks, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Prepare thoroughly for all site visits by ensuring all necessary parts, tools, and equipment are available and in good working condition.
• Use correct working methods and ensure all special tooling is safe, clean, and operational.

• Clearly communicate with customers, particularly when issues arise that may affect costs, performance, or the operational life of their equipment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical engineering background (apprenticeship or relevant qualification)
• Previous experience as a Service Engineer in a related sector
• Background in technical or process engineering is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and travel regularly
