Service Engineer - Appcast Enterprise : Job Details

Join our team as a Field Service Engineer in a team of 4 to complete maintenance and service tasks.   

What you'll be doing:

As a field service engineer, you'll be maintaining and servicing CCTV, Access Control and IDS all while focusing on integrated solutions. Attending to day-to-day callouts and ensuring all systems meet their operational requirements. Your team will consist of 4 engineers to complete all service and maintenance tasks. With a 1 week in 4, out of hours callout rota.

What we're looking for:

We are looking for a hard-working individual with the ability to troubleshoot and fault find. Some experience within the security industry would be beneficial but not compulsory. Full UK Driving License, good technical knowledge, Microsoft IT skills (Excel, Word, Etc), good customer relations. Good adaptability to assist where possible.
