Bedford Borough CouncilCorporate ServicesService Desk Support Analyst£26,421 - £28,770 per annum Full-time, 37 hours per weekPermanentAn opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Support Analyst to join a friendly, supportive ICT/Technology Department.We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Support Analyst who will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and technically minded, with a proven track record in providing an efficient, effective, and professional ICT Service Desk support service. Alongside your team, you will be the first point of contact in supporting the whole council including Directors, Members and Officers for all incidents and requests.You will be a member of the Technology Service Desk, providing high-level support of complex solutions for the Council's technology environment, including Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Dell hardware, VMWare, ForcePoint, Trellix Endpoint Security, Avaya Cloud Office, Netcall Liberty Converse and more.An expert understanding of ITSM tools, in particular strong experience of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM (Ivanti Service Manager ISM) would be an advantage.
