Are you looking to join a small, friendly team in a varied scheduling role?

We’re recruiting for a full time Customer Service Desk Coordinator on behalf of our client in Bracknell!

This role is ideal for a confident, highly organised individual looking for a busy and fast-paced opportunity.

Typical day in the life of a Customer Service Desk Coordinator:

  • Managing incoming customer queries via phone and email with efficiency, ensuring all contractual SLAs are met
  • Coordinating engineers and external partners to deliver timely reactive service calls and planned maintenance visits
  • Assigning engineers to calls based on their skills and geographic location
  • Contacting clients to schedule service visits, factoring in job specifics and access needs
  • Responding to all internal communications to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Keeping the Job Logic system up to date with job statuses and detailed notes
  • Raising and dispatching equipment orders to support engineers in fault resolution
  • Creating and sharing insightful client dashboards on a weekly or monthly basis to keep stakeholders informed
  • Issuing purchase orders to third-party suppliers for support agreements and subcontracted services
  • Assisting with quoting and part procurement

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking skills
  • Able to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure
  • Proactive team player with a willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of UK geography in a bonus
  • Previous experience in scheduling or coordination is desirable!
