We're working with a fast-paced, progressive Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Northampton who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's eager to develop their skills in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support across a wide range of technologies
  • Responding to and resolving service desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
  • Escalating complex issues to senior engineers where necessary
  • Delivering excellent customer service to a varied client base

What we're looking for:

  • 1+ year of experience in an MSP environment (Preferred but not essential)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk/service desk role handling 1st/2nd line support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach
