Service Desk AnalystWe urgently require a Service Desk Analyst for our prestigious client on an initial 6 months contractResponsibilities -
- Initial triage of tickets, logging tickets in Remedy with all relevant detailed informatio, identifying issues and applying fix if known
- Escalating tickets to relevant team if unable to resolve
- Password resets for various systems including Active Directory.
- Updating drivers on laptops, investigating faults within applications
- Supporting Audio Visual equipment based on Microsoft Teams
- Supporting desk setups, desk side support visits to end users
This role is INSIDE IR35 and requires being on client site in Hampshire 5 days per week.
