Service Desk Analyst - Senitor Associates : Job Details

Our client has an urgent requirement for a Service Desk Analyst to join a skilled team of 8 on a 6-week remote contract.

About You:

The successful Service Desk Analyst will need to have:

• 2-4 years of experience in a Service Desk / Support role.
• Extensive experience with Office 365 and creating new users.
• Experience with Azure and enrolling InTune users.
• Experience setting up OS into new hardware.
• Excellent communication and phone manner.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Great attention to detail.
