Service Desk Administrator

£29,000pa + Pension + Parking

If you enjoy telephone work and have good customer service skills then this role as Service Desk Administrator will really suit you.

- Managing a high volume of incoming calls from customers

- Dealing with requests for services or repairs

- Preparing quotations for works to be completed and forwarding to customers

- Producing job sheets and allocating work to be completed to field engineers

- Ensuring the relevant parts requested for jobs are available for engineering team

- Tracking jobs being completed from instigation stage to completion
