Job Title: Service Desk Admin Salary: £12 - £13 per hour Location: Stevenage Contract: Temporary – Permanent Hours: 9.00 – 5.30 pm

Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.RESPONSIBILITIESScheduling engineersLiaising with a wide range of clients on a day to day basisRecording information accurately to resolve and action queries. Follow up quotations and preparing tickets Collaborating with the team to meet customer expectations
