Service Designer - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

I am currently working with a global telecommunications company who are actively seeking a service designer to support in conducting a comprehensive as-is service design review.What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in service design, ideally within customer onboarding or customer journey optimization.
• Strong experience in omnichannel experience design.
• Strong experience with journey mapping and service blueprinting.
• Strong experience with a range of data and analytics tools, ideally with Google analytics, adobe analytics, PowerBI or tableau.
• Extensive wireframing and prototyping experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

What you'll get in return

• Up to £600pd Umbrella.
• Initial 6-month contract with extensions.
• London-based hybrid working
