Reed is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Bristol-based client for a Service Delivery Administrator, on a full time, permanent basis.
This role involves managing documentation, supporting order fulfilment, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients throughout the delivery process. You’ll be a key point of contact, helping to maintain high standards of service and communication.

Duties
Monitor and clear shared mailboxes to ensure timely action and communication.
Assist the wider team with processing and tracking client orders.
Contact clients to confirm expected delivery dates and request necessary identification (e.g. driving licence, bank statements).
Ensure all required documentation is sent to clients, based on third-party requirements.
Provide guidance and support to clients during the document signing process.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure prompt completion of documentation, especially for in-stock items.
Review returned documents for accuracy, including signature verification against ID.
Upload completed documentation to third-party providers for final checks and approval.
Liaise with internal teams to progress orders once authorisation is confirmed.
Take ownership of any errors or issues until they are resolved and accepted by the relevant parties.
Work closely with account managers to improve service levels and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive documentation.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with clients and external partners to resolve queries.
Confident using digital systems and tools for document handling and communication.
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or coordination roles is beneficial.
A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.

Monday to Thursday, 9.00am - 5.30pm. Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm.
