Client Details
Our client are an industry leading specialist in the Manufacturing, Servicing and Repair of specialist machinery. They are now looking for a Service Coordinator to manage, plan and assign works for engineers to support customers with planned servicing and repairs
Description
- Manage and assign engineers to undertake services of customer machinery in line with contractual and service level agreement
- Re-actively manage customer breakdowns, allocating engineers to undertake repairs within agreed contractual timescales
- Plan routes for engineers to maximise efficiency around workload, drive first time fix and minimise travel times where required
- Use all available resource (engineers) to meet customer demand in regards to servicing, repairs and maintenance
- Allocate engineers to meet customer demands
- Work closely with service manager to identify and best manage potential issues that could impact service workload
Profile
- Experience in a similar service coordinator / service manager role
- Experience working with and allocating engineers
- Logical approach
- Strong problem solving skills
