Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a team of nationwide mobile engineers.
- Promptly and courteously answer telephone calls from customers and engineers.
- Accurately log services, breakdowns, and installations on their internal system.
- Educate customers on the services and contract options available.
- Manage parts ordering for engineers or customers and keep them informed about the status of their orders.
- Generate quotes to obtain authority to proceed with repairs.
- Handle the re-booking process for follow-up engineer visits.
- Inform customers about warranty details, charges, and payment terms.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding the status of jobs via telephone or email.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Service Administration or Customer Services roles is preferred but not essential, as full training is provided.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Capable of working independently and confidently after training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
