Job Title: Service Coordinator   Salary: £27,000 - £30,000   Location: St Albans Contract: Permanent, Full Time     Hours: 37.5 hours per week   COMPANY An exciting opportunity to work for an established and fast-growing company. Our client is looking for an efficient and enthusiastic Service Coordinator to join their scheduling team.     SKILLS REQUIRED ·Proven experience with administration or scheduling. ·Customer Service Experience ·Excellent communication skills ·Good attention to detail ·IT literate and fast learner   RESPONSIBILITIES   ·Liaise with engineers and customers to arrange maintenance appointments. ·Logging all appointments on the CRM system to keep an accurate log of upcoming work. ·Maintain a log of any outstanding workloads. ·Respond to incoming enquiries from customers and delegate to the relevant person. ·Resolve customer issues and send out engineers if necessary. ·Identify suitable spare parts for upcoming work and check available stock ·Ensure the system is kept up to date and fully compliant.   ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ·Holiday: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing after 1 years service ·Career development and paid training. ·Pension scheme ·Private health insurance ·Company social events ·Bonus scheme     Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Smart10 Recruitment Group, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
