Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle repair and service needs.
• Schedule appointments and manage the service diary (paper-based).
• Provide accurate estimates and handle invoicing using Evolution software.
• Liaise effectively between customers and technicians.
• Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through follow-up communication.

About You

• Previous customer service experience required; automotive trade experience is a plus.
• Trustworthy and professional with excellent communication skills.
• Valid UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.

What’s on Offer

• Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum, based on experience.
• Christmas bonus.
• Paid overtime available.
• Annual leave: 20 days plus bank holidays.
• Free onsite parking.
• Comprehensive training in Evolution software and paper diary management.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
• Occasional company social events and team activities.
