Location: Feltham
Hours: 40 hours per week on a rota basis - 5.30am to 2.30pm, 8.00am to 5.00pm, 10.00am to 7.00pm with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings paid an enhanced rate

About the role:
As a Service Advisor you’ll be performing a pivotal role in the smooth running of the Service Department. Acting as a central point of contact for clients, you will provide relevant, accurate and timely information through each stage of the Service Core Process, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Face-to-face, phone, and follow-up calls.
- Job Preparation: Ensuring all vehicle issues are captured and documented.
- Workshop Coordination: Clarifying repair types (Retail/Fleet/Warranty), updating on progress, and managing VORs.
- Administrative Duties: Invoicing, filing, maintaining service records, and ordering parts.
- Sales & Promotion: Upselling additional services and managing subcontracted work.
- Compliance & Standards: Health & safety, franchise training, and maintaining a professional environment.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in automotive, especially HGV or LCV, is a big plus.
