Job Title: Full-Time Service Advisor - ReceptionistLocation: Heathrow Depot, ColnbrookSalary: £30,000 per annum + £2,000 annual bonusWorking Hours: Choice of 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role:A well-established business based near Heathrow is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their friendly and professional Reception Team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist service customers in person and over the phone
• Book vehicles in for service and repair
• Provide clear and accurate advice to customers regarding their service needs
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive and approachable attitude
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ideally, experience in the motor industry
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office
• Experience with Kerridge ADP is a plus, but not essential
