What You’ll Do

Customer Excellence

• Deliver outstanding customer service that consistently exceeds expectations
• Handle incoming calls professionally, managing service, MOT, and tyre bookings
• Act as the bridge between customers and technicians, clearly explaining technical issues
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process

Business Support

• Prepare accurate estimates and service documentation
• Process invoices and collect payments efficiently
• Maintain customer records and database entries
• Support the Service Manager and assist with parts ordering
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit customers

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Clean UK driving licence
• Strong communication skills and excellent English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner
