This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy service department in Stourbridge, supporting the smooth running of operations in the forklift service division. The RoleAs a Service Controller, you'll be the key link between customers, technicians, and the service team. You will schedule service jobs, manage communications, and ensure resources are allocated effectively to keep operations running at pace. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and dispatching service engineers to customer sites
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries and service updates
- Maintaining accurate service records and supporting invoicing processes
- Monitoring parts and supplies, assisting with procurement when needed
- Supporting the Service Manager with reporting, training, and team coordination
What You'll Bring
