Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Process data inputs and generate reports to support both customers and engineers.
- Handle incoming calls from customers and engineers with courtesy and efficiency.
- Log details of services, breakdowns, and installations accurately.
- Address customer inquiries about job statuses through phone or email.
- Inform customers about warranty details, charges, and payment conditions.
- Support the customer service team in the absence of colleagues as directed by your Line Manager.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Service Administration or Customer Services roles preferred but not mandatory, as comprehensive training is provided.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Independent and confident working capability post-training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
