Day-to-day Responsibilities:
  • Process data inputs and generate reports to support both customers and engineers.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers and engineers with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Log details of services, breakdowns, and installations accurately.
  • Address customer inquiries about job statuses through phone or email.
  • Inform customers about warranty details, charges, and payment conditions.
  • Support the customer service team in the absence of colleagues as directed by your Line Manager.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in Service Administration or Customer Services roles preferred but not mandatory, as comprehensive training is provided.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Independent and confident working capability post-training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
