Service Administrator - Reed : Job Details

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and operational efficiency? I'm hiring for a Service Administrator to join my growing client and support the smooth running of their Service Department. The successful candidate will help to coordinate engineer schedules, manage service documentation, and deliver excellent customer service.

• Schedule service jobs and liaise with engineers and customers
• Maintain accurate records and process reports/invoices
• Respond to service queries and update clients on job progress
• Support compliance and reporting tasks

• Admin experience (ideally in service/engineering)
• Strong IT and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and ISO/H&S processes
