Service Administrator-ASAP Start

An award-winning and established manufacturing firm with over 40 years in business, passionate about their design and efficient service require a temporary Service Administrator to join their small service team ongoing for 6 months.

The role:

• Answering service calls and addressing client inquiries and via e-mail
• Providing accurate quotations and managing client accounts
• Raising client invoices, ensuring they are timely and accurate
• Handling client portals, invoicing, and parts tracking
• Scheduling and escalating issues as needed
• Collaborating with other departments as required

The ideal candidate:

• Self-starter, who can multi-task in an ever-changing environment
• Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
• Experience of working in a aftersales environment desirable not essential
• Enjoys working in a team
• Experienced in MS Office package, Word, Excel and Outlook
