Serious Injury Solicitor

An exciting opportunity to join a team handling high-value serious and catastrophic injury claims, including orthopaedic trauma, amputations, internal injuries, chronic pain, psychiatric harm, and brain injuries.

We’re seeking an experienced Grade B Solicitor (or equivalent) with a solid track record in serious injury and multi-track litigation. Claimant experience is ideal, though those with a strong defendant background are welcome.

Your Role

• Manage complex personal injury claims under supervision
• Investigate liability, causation, and quantum
• Liaise with experts, analyse records, and obtain client instructions
• Handle litigation tasks, including directions, ADR, and trial prep
• Maintain deadlines and case progress through a diary system
• Own tasks independently while knowing when to escalate

About You

• Solid track record in serious injury and multi-track litigation
• Confident with IT systems, case management tools, Word and Excel
• Organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Clear communicator, comfortable under pressure
