Serious Injury Associate – Midlands Salary: £65,000 DOE   My client is a regional law firm with a highly regarded Serious Injury department and they are looking to recruit a Serious Injury Associate to join their growing team in the Midlands.   Why This Role?   This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing team at a firm that has expanded significantly in recent years.   What You’ll Be Doing:  

• Managing your own serious injury caseload, typically involving high-value, complex matters.  
• Assisting Partners and other Senior Associates on catastrophic injury cases. 
• Getting involved in business development.  
• Aiding with the development of more junior members of the team
