Serious Injury Associate – Birmingham

Our client, a nationally recognised law firm, is seeking two experienced Serious Injury Solicitors to join its market-leading team in Birmingham.

The Role:

• Manage a complex caseload of multi-track serious injury claims, including brain, spinal cord and other life-changing injuries
• Represent both adults and children, including fatal accident matters
• Deliver exceptional client care with a strong focus on rehabilitation and long-term support
• Work alongside highly respected Partners
• Contribute to business development, building relationships with referrers, medical professionals and charities

About You:

• 3–5+ years’ PQE in serious injury litigation (claimant)
• Proven expertise in multi-track PI claims
• Exceptional communication, empathy and client care skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team
• Demonstrates initiative and a strong interest in business growth
