A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in complex personal injury or clinical negligence to join a very successful team at a highly regarded firm based in York. The firm have a strong reputation for high quality work and complex injury and negligence claims. This is the perfect opportunity for the right candidate to establish themselves in this area of law and develop their career further.

Joining the specialist team, you will be running your own caseload of complex, high value serious injury and medical negligence claims. The firm are looking to speak with qualified Chartered Legal Executives within personal injury experience who are looking to retrain and attain a long-term career in clinical negligence.

It is essential that you have between 4 - 6 years' experience within personal injury team, with a proven track record with dealing with complex claims or are already working in the field of clinical negligence.
