Description

• Lead and oversee the digital team's content creation and strategy
• Optimise web content for SEO purposes
• Conduct content audits to ensure all online content is relevant and up-to-date
• Collaborate with the digital team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies
• Monitor website traffic and user engagement
• Work closely with the marketing team to align digital content with broader marketing strategies
• Manage the company's social media accounts and content
• Ensure all digital content is in line with the company's brand, style and tone

Profile

A successful SEO and Content Specialist should have:

• An educational background in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Exceptional copywriting skills
• Proven experience with digital content creation and strategy
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
• An understanding of web publishing requirements
• Excellent writing skills in English
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task

Job Offer

• Salary range up to £38,000
• Opportunity to work fully remote. Also an office in Greater Manchester to work from if preferred.
