SEO and AI Specialist (Hybrid - Cambridge / London)

Salary: Up to £35,000 + benefitsWorking pattern: Hybrid - typically 2 days/week in office, with occasional travel for team collaboration.

We're looking for a curious, hands-on SEO and AI Specialist to join a forward-thinking marketing team within a well-established professional services firm. You'll play a key role in driving digital growth by enhancing technical SEO performance and exploring how AI is reshaping search visibility and content discovery.

You'll work closely with senior digital and SEO leads to execute strategy, conduct technical audits, monitor performance, and experiment with AI-driven approaches to search optimisation.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and deliver actionable optimisation improvements.

• Support and execute on-page SEO strategies using tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, and GSC.

• Identify new growth opportunities through data analysis and performance insights.

• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance search and content strategies.

• Monitor organic performance and contribute recommendations to improve visibility and lead generation.

• Around 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).

• Confident with technical SEO tools and data interpretation.

• Curious and proactive - always exploring what's next in search and AI.

• Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across marketing and content teams.

• Experience in B2B lead generation or professional services a plus (but not essential).
