School in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Vice Principal to join the team in January 2024 or as soon as possible, to continue to lead the ongoing successes of the senior school as well as supporting other areas of the school and its future expansion. Seeking a school high school Vice Principal to support the Principal with the overall running of the school from KG, Primary to High school. As a SEnior Vice Principal you will demonstrating a relentless commitment to the students, staff and parents, overseeing curriculum development, assessment, strategic systems, culture, and visions, whilst being involved in the recruiting, managing and motivating staff to ensure a high level of teaching standards, whilst guiding staff in their career development.

As Senior Vice Principal you will manage finances, resources and budgets to ensure the school remains profitable whilst providing staff and children the recourses needed to make their learning experience enjoyable and exciting.

To be suitable for the role of Senior Vice Principal you must have the following:

• Be an senior leader with a previous track record of success and 7 years’ experience in leadership
• Be able to create and positive culture that demonstrates honestly, integrity and initiative
• You must be fully qualified in Education with a Masters degree
• As school High school Vice Principal, you will be professional, adaptable and committed to the long terms progression of the school, staff, students and wider community
