Senior Vehicle Technician required for Automotive dealer group in the Lincoln area.Our Client, an Automotive Independent Vehicle Specialist is currently seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician to join and lead their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing Complex Faults
• Offering your expertise as a Senior Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop
• Working on Complex Repairs
• Assisting the ‘newer’ members of the team with their training
• To ensure service and repairs are carried out to the highest quality standards, achieving total customer satisfaction.
• To liaise with all Technicians and the Manager in respect of any quality / training issues
• Able to complete a full range of jobs including replacing time belts, engines, complex fault finding, turbos and head gaskets.

Requirements:

• Be a fully qualified Senior Technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Experience within a Senior Vehicle Technician position in a Franchised environment
• Use brand-specific diagnostic equipment.
• A strong working experience within Diagnostic Repair
• Methodical problem-solving skills.
