Senior Valuer - Bolt-on Recruitment : Job Details

Your responsibilities will include conducting property valuations using in-depth market research/knowledge, producing high-quality marketing materials for each listing, ensuring exceptional customer service to exceed targets, and utilising the company’s extensive systems/strategies to securing new business.Skills & Experience

• Previous experience supporting the Branch Manager and working with Negotiators.
• Excellent communication skills both in-person and via the phone.
• Knowledge of the current real estate market and trends.
• Customer-centric approach, striving to provide excellent services to all.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing KPIs.
• Motivated and enthusiastic with a 'hunger’ to consistently grow your achievements.
• Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ previous experience within Real Estate Sales.
• Proven success securing and conducting property valuations.
• Proven success with negotiation of fees and securing new business.
• Experience with property listing and producing high-quality marketing materials.

Hours Of Work

• Monday - Friday
• 9am - 5:30pm
• Saturday Working: One in every 2 or 3 weekends (TBC)
